Is this eyeliner ok for eyes?
I have been using almay black pencil eyeliner and I heard eyelining the waterline will hurt eyes. is almay ok for my eyes? if its not could you recomend a brand that is better for eyes? thx:)
You could try mineral eyeliner, or organic eyeliner. Physician’s Formula, Femme Couture, and Jane Iredale are all inexpensive mineral and/or organic makeup brands. Or if you want, hold your eyeliner brush briefly under running water, dip it in mineral eyeshadow, and apply it as eyeliner. To make it last, dab on some powder after it dries. Hope that helped!
well if it is oil based yes. if not then no. you’ll have to read the bottle. natural is better. there are all kind out there. make you sure you put the least amount on and don’t let it get in to your eyes.
I use annebelle .. its amazing .. goes on so well … just make sure you arnt using a liquid linner on the water line and you will be fine
