Is there anyway I can Help Her?

ok so my girl is having “cramps”.. I’m guessing it’s that time of the month…but I just wanna know what could I do to show her that I care or make her feel anybetter

A heating pad on the cramps usually makes me feel better, also I take pills called ‘Motrim’ when I have horrible PMS cramps and they help a lot, you can buy them at the pharmacy.

I think its beautifull that you feel so much for your girlfriend that youve written in. I think if you hold/cuddle her it will help (I find I feel my boyfriend backing off on my period becuase its disgusting) If you just let her know that you dont care that may be nice. Also hot water bottles, tablets may help relieve the pain, running a hot bubble bath for her to relax in.

Any effort you make, whether it is effective at relieving the cramps or not, is going to be appreciated. Making her tea and some lunch might not do squat to ease her pain, but it will show a genuine concern. I’m guessing that that will count more than anything else.

give her some meds…midol works for me =]

offer some motron or tylenol, that always helps cramps…for a while
