Is there an easy way to control my dreams?
I know that certain scientists research about dreams and I read about this one guy that worked so hard that after 3 or 4 years of intense methodical techniques, he could fall asleep immediatley on command and commence a completely consciously controlled dream, like a video game. but, maybe there are a couple tips someone has that could help me at least send a subconscious request for a general theme of a dream? like, please put flying in there somewhere, or make the setting in candyland, etc. because…I dont want to wait 3 or 4 years lol. maybe when im 60 and I have time to concentrate on trivial things like this.
well, if you have a strong mind and are aware that you are dreaming then, yeah, you can controll your dreams. thats what i do. ITS AWESOME! ;)
