Is there a limit on the number of questions you can ask?

I thought that there was a limit on the number of questions that you could ask in a 24 hour period…Like 3, Thats what happened to me earlier, what’s the deal?

I believe there is until you have been a member for a certain amount of time/have a certain amount of posts. Not sure exactly how much.
