Is 'The Crush Widget' Totally Confidential ?

Well, I’m new here and I wanted to see what kind of widgets there were . I found one called ‘The Crush Widget’ and I thought I could use it to find out if someone liked me back . My only problem is that I am quite sceptical as to whether it is totally confidential . Could anyone tell me if the person I send it to will get the e-mail from my e-mail address, and if not who comes up as the sender ?
