I hate when people post questions like this cause I can’t tell if they’re being sarcastic or not, so I’m not sure whether it would be offensive for me to laugh hysterically at the ignorance of the question, not saying you are ignorant. It is possible to ask an ignorant question without being ignorant yourself. Anyway, if this is meant as sarcasm I want you to know that you’ve made my morning, I LMAO. If this is NOT sarcasm then the answer is “the bird’s the word” is A.) just an old saying created by a bunch of hippies, and B.) a lyric written in a song performed by a bunch of drug addled brained hippies. The bird is NOT the word.
