Is my staff pregnant?

I tried mating my staff around a month ago-it was a slip mating Lately her nipples have become larger and raised around the bottom of them, her lady area is larger, she hasn’t been eating as much and she just lays in bed all day. Is she pregnant? I took her to the vet but they wanted to charge me £80 for a scan which I just cant afford at the moment… Can anyone help me please?

have a vet palpate her, this can only be done at a certain window into the pregnancy

Have Ultrasound done.

Things you can look for but mostly towards the end of the 63 day gestation.

Belly growing eating more resting more nesting getting milk puppies moving around

Answer #3

I’m not really sure what a ‘staff’ is, but neither of us can tell you a definite answer to this. You need to get her tested to be 100% sure.

It seems to cost a lot of money, but also seems like the only option right now. (Unless, of course, you just wait and see.)

Take care.
