is my singing voice bad

I’ve been told by many people that I have a great singing voice. Even by my choir teacher, but every since I recorded my voice on my cell phone I’m worried now. People told me I sound different on the phone so is it normal?

Yes you do sond different on the phone so dont worry. All the famous singes out there will use the bst up to data mics to complement their voice so I relly wouldn’t worry.

yes, your voice changes on the phone from the muffling of the mic. if you know what I mean by muffling. I tried recording myself also and yes, it does sound different from your actual voice! I hope I helped and if your brave enough, you could sing in front of a random person and ask how your singing is.

yeah I play guitar its not singin but it sounds a lot differnt when I record it on my phone.
