Yes.. It Actually Makes It Soft, Smooth And Prettyful if thats a word I Use It All The Time On My Hair And My Hair Is Still Fine.. Actually My Hair Is Nice And Thick!!… And When I Put Lotion In My Hair It Get Soft And Silky And Easier To Work With.. Or You Can Use Motion’s Pink Oil Lotion, It Is A Lotion Designed To Be Used On Your Hair :)
