not eating causes gastritis? cause all of my family tells me that im gunna get a disease (either lukemia or anemia) sooner or later cause I've already gone thru fase 1. being skinny is though; am up for the challange. but help?
Gastritis is not caused from not eating, it is caused from eating the wrong kinds of food and too much. And who cares if guys don't like skinny bodies. It's your body, not theirs. And there is nothing wrong w/having a skinny body! Skinny bodies are healthy bodies. The Perfect body which the Indian Fakir had was all skin & bones. And he never visited a doctor or was never sick. All the obesity that is out there today, most people don't know any better and they think that is the perfect body, well it's not. It's a sick body. And you are not skinny, and quit putting yourself down, and you won't kill yourself as somone mentioned above. I think you look really well and I admire you for standing up for yourself. I wish when I was your age I knew what I now know. Have done a lot of research over the years.
i have anemia, it isnt horrible, the only thing is is that i'm more tired and i should be taking iron pills. Not eating can cause more problems, which have been dictated to me by parents, doctors, friends, teachers. But i'd much rather be skinny, and i'm not that unhealthy and i dont eat much.
It causes a lot of sh*t if you wanna be oh-so skinny, do it in a way where you dont kill yourself. seriously... do you really want to look like skin and bones and nothing else? and to let you know, guys dont like it either.
not eating can cause gastric ulcers ... But not leukemia... skinny bodies are not the perfect healthy bodies..you have to have some fat in you..My opinion though..
well duhh obesity isnt healthy. hahaha. but super-duper skinny isnt either... like, the anorexic/bulimic kind. >_<
just thought i'd add getting anaemia is coming when you don't eat.
