Is it so bad to not want to go to college? Im not being sarcastic

Answer #1

no…good guess though I could care less even if anyone DID tell me to besides id rather be something interesting like a …HOBO DRIFTER! lol

Answer #2

I don’t think it’s bad to not want to go - it’s your life - do with it what you please. Some people just are not cut out for college. They go and waste tons of money and never accomplish anything.

Answer #3

most humans don,t know what they will be doing today little of tommorow.what you want to do is to enjoy everyday you wake up.that should tell you something,we get used to a direction so you want that direction to be something you will never get tired of,we have all heard of the one that drives taxi after one gets the degree.you have to be happy in order to give .lots of that knowledge one gets is idle in the mind, one would be so much productive with a smile ones face.goodaaydave

I knew for a long time that I wasn’t going to college. I didnt bother taking my SAT’s because of it and I don’t regret it at all. I had to work a few crappy jobs to get where I am now… but I’m only 23 and I’m making more money than a lot of my friends that did attend college. I sell things on ebay and make awesome bucks doin it. a degree is not necessary to be successful in life.

Answer #5

college is not for everyone; I found out. there are many factors that make people feel anxious about going to college: large classes, living on campus, financial matters, etc. I’m not going because of the “party scene”. that and lack of money. partying has interfered with others’ reason of actually dropping out because it caused them to lose concentration. not wanting to go is not a bad thing at all; there are many other ways that you can be successful, so don’t worry.

Answer #6

That depends on your reasons for not wanting to attend.

Answer #7

I dont think so, I dont theink college is for everyone. I dont feel its the right hting for me, so im not going. theres like vocational colleges you can go to and make just as much (if not more) as the ones who goes to university, my cousin did that.

Answer #8

no, it isnt bad lol guessing your parents or someone similar is telling you to go? its your choice at the end of the day

Answer #9

Not at all.

I delayed going to college for a year, and when I went, I hated it.

Even though in today’s world it looks like you need a degree to go anywhere, it’s not true. My husband never finished his degree, learned a lot of what he knows from work experience, and he now works for Google. Also, I never finished my degree, and I have a brilliant job and the motivation to start my own business.

Do what’s good for you, not what other people think you should do.
