Keep in mind, now if you both have cars, you will need gas, you will also need to factor in living expenses such as RENT, food & utilities.

Determine the total net amount the both of you make in a given month. Attempt to designate a strategic plan in which would allow your needs to be met.

Budget your money for starters, Right down the total you make on an average. I always tend to make it slightly lower than the actual projection, to accommodate any potential of there being a difference in the normal rate of pay I am subject to.

Update your budget accordingly, always ensure your basic needs are met before you allocate any amount for fun or dining out or other non-necessity items.

Both of you should do this, and make sure you have an equality or work out between the two of you, of which or what sections you pay or if you decide to half it, work it out with your partner prior to making a commitment on moving out.
