Is it likely that my hymen is broken ?

Well the title says it all .. mostly . I used to go horse riding when I was younger and I never knew what a hymen was, neither had I heard of it, until one of the times I felt a strange sensation in that area and it developed into a painful scratchy kind of feeling . I only got it once and I wondered about it until I started researching about that area for s.e.x education classes and I read about the hymen . I wondered what it was and did more research about it and found out that it can break during puberty or horse riding . I don’t use tampons and I don’t masturbate so I was wondering if it was possible that the strange sensation during horse riding was my hymen breaking ?

Your hymen breaking would not be itching - itching is usually a sign of irriatation or a yeast infection. You could have been sweating and it caused irritation down there while you were riding from the friction of your pants and the sweat mixed together. You could also have a yeast infection.

As for your hymen - some women aren’t even born with one. You could have one and you could not.

its not necessary that your hymen would break while horseriding…maybe it was something else….if u still ride just try not to bounce alot on the saddle…try rising trot…
