when im on my period I only change my pad 2 times a day.is that good or bad?

I would say you should change it more often to stops smells and help against infection. but it just means you have a very light period and that is normal as they come in anything from very light till very heavy. so dont worrie about it.

it says your supposed o change it every 4 to 6 hours
