I always sleep with one on and I’m perfectly fine.
I guess it just depends on the person.
it really depends on the type of bra your sleeping with. like; if its a sports bra then thats fine to sleep with but if its a bra with underwire then its not good because during the night you should really just give them a break. somebody once told me that sleeping with a bra with underwire can cut off blood flow. =/
keelmart it might be ok now but in the long run it is really not good for you. Have you tried a non underwire one at night?
No as long as its not an underwire. You need to let them have a break from that. I think you can buy bras that aer just like a suport top. That would be more comfy.
its not bad, but you really shouldnt. like bigmuma said you need to let them have a break because you dont need one to sleep in. plus its not comfortable sleeping with one on
if it has wire yes, it will deform the shape o it will not support you enough
