okay so I just watched princess bride that old movie and at the end the grandfather says “as you wish” just like westley does and I was wondering if he was westly? he probably isn’t but I just wanted to know if anyone knew.

actualy that is my favorite movie because my ex was wesley and yes that is wesley and that young lady buttercup is his lover and she dies in the hospital while they were laying together so yes that is wesley that movie makes me cry

Okay Lilix the notebook is a lovely book, but that princess bride does not end that way. To answer the question “is he westley” no he is not westley. Infact if I remember right the parts with the grandfather and grandson were added by the film maker. It’s a cute theory, but he isn’t.

I think they were added, the story was being read to the little boy while he was sick, that woule be the book…
