Is he trustworthy? Dont know what to do

I dont know what to say to this great guy!

I met this guy about a month ago. We went out for coffee and on the first date we clicked instantly. He’s actually everything I’ve been looking for; smart, funny, handsome, a great listener and very patient and understanding. Its now been 8 dates we’ve been on and everytime Im with him it feels right. He’s asked me if we should become officially boyfriend/girlfriend.

This is my problem, however. Im still a bit scared since the only other guy I’ve been with cheated on me and therefore I dont know if I can fully trust him to not do the same. He said he’ll never hurt me but can I trust his word just yet? He’s also been on 20 dates in the past 9 months (all only 1 or 2 dates) and says they mean nothing because he’s found me.

What do I do? I want to be with him but Im scared of opening up my heart to get hurt again.

Well,try to accept it,but do NOT let your wall down…What I mean is,trust him,but to a limit.Get to know him better…And when he says he means noting to all those other dates,later,your guys dates could mean nothing.So what im saying is to take the chance,but dont fully depend on it.Not in a bad way,but just try him out.Dont be an open target,thats what leads you to get hurt.When he offends you like saying something mean,speak up.It helps.And if he doesnt respect you,or wastes your time,dont let that linger either.But,just be careful..I hope this helps hun.
