Is he lying??

This random girl got a wrong number an txtd my boyfriend. Well he sent me a fwd msg from her an I asked if he talks to her an he said no. I looked at his phone an there wasn’t any messages from her not even the one he sent me but they didn’t auto delete because all mine were there from that day till the day before an I also found one in his drafts to her an he deleted his whole outbox before coming over. His excuse is that his phone froze an restarted an deleted messages… He swears he’s tellin the truth. Is he?? We have a very honest relationship and have been dating for over a year…

I think he was lying about him phone freezing… but I don’t think you should fight about it. If you’re very concerned, do something special for him, something physical, or meaningful. Tell him, “look I don’t care what’s going on. I just want to know from now on, whether or not it was before, to be about you and me.”

I don’t think his phone froze and started working again. I have never heard of that. And for his phone to only delete the messages to or from her and have yours still in his phone… that seems a little suspicious to me. I would keep an eye out. I know it sucks hearing this, but take it from someone who has been in a relationship with someone who always lied, even if they didn’t have too. You get to know very well what you should… and what you shouldn’t believe. This girl may have sent a message to him, but perhaps she is just a friend with no strings attached.. I would just be honest with him and ask who she is, tell him you care about him and that is why you are concerned. Ask him if there is anything you should worry about…
