is he interested in me?? Help!!!

ok so my crush told me over the summer that me and him should get to know eachother better…and that he wants us to talk and hang out a lot more then normal because when we do hang out we laugh joking around tease eachother in a playful way and he is always looking at me and gives me these smiles!! and when we were in school he would come to my locker or meet me after class to walk me to my locker and when we talk sometimes I might say something to make him blush but I think that he likes me but he just doesnt want to tell me right now maybe eventually…& how will me and him hang out some more without my parents knowing. also I think he knows that I like him..why does he do those things? why does he want to get to know me better? does he like me?
