Ok my friend has this boyfriend and he was going to her school but now he is being homeschooled they were talking but now he is never awnsering his cell and whene she calls his house he is eather busy or gone but whene she does talk to him he is always rushing is he ignoring her or is it a foolish way of breaking up.

Well if she isn’t getting what she wants out of this ‘relationship’ then she should just forget about the guy unless he feels the urge to actually be in a relationship. The answer to this question is meaningless because what good will it do if he wants to talk to her but too busy to do anything with her or even talk to her? So yeah it doesn’t matter what his true intentions are.
