is he cheating?

my boyfriend and I broke for a lot of diffrent reasons he says he still loves me but just dosnt want to be with me right now, and I still really love him…..but we dont hang out or anything because he says he wants his time and its to hard for him….well he and this other girl hang out all the time everyday he gets off work he hangs out with her and same for her, well her and I were pretty good friends she says shes just hanging out with him being there for him, but the other day I went into his house and found her Bra and underwear along with her cloths in the corner of his room, I freak out, I talk to him about it and he says she just takes showers there,they also take “naps” togather! and when we were togather he would always say how he though she was manly because she chews, and drinks a lot, she not really attractive! he says I can think what I want but hes not fu**ing her! so what should I do belive him or what? I dont know what to do or think ?
