Is eating differently a sign of depression?
okay so I met some people and they made me feel so much better cause my life was going down fast…and I stopped eating so much and stuff and started actin better and doing better in school but now I found that one of them thinks im annoying and I dont really get hungry at all and well now I notice my depression coming back is the eating thing a sign of me being depressed or what
I’m not really sure. But the same thing happened to me. I wouldn’t eat for like a few days, not because I’m trying to starve myself, but I was simply not hungry. But yeh.. I knew I was depressed cz I was really stressed and.. yeh. Ha.. it was bad. But yeh. I hope you feel better soon!

No, I dont think it is. Sometimes people just have different eating habbits for a few weeks coughmonths*cough. You’ll go back to normal, I promise.
Yeah change in eating habits is a symptom of depression, but its not necessarily depression. I have friends who get like this when they’re really upset about something, and sometimes it lasts a couple of weeks before they get over it…
no its NOT!! if you’re still a teenager between 11-20, it means your body is going through so many changes, and YOU yourself are going through many many changes!! you might change into a better person or become worse! the things that you hate become things that you REALLY love!! I never had tomatos, but now I started eating them with everything!! and sometimes, YES, I don’t eat a lot when I get my period, cause I become kinda like sad, mad, not in the mood to do A THING!! so you know, it might be! but trust me it doesn’t stay long!! it will go one day!! just wait!!!
