Iron water

I bougth a house about a year ago I didnt know about the iron water now my hair has went to a ligthbrown with yellow and orange thur out my hair,,my hair is down to my butt..I dont like putting to much stuff on my hair..how cant I get my hair back ..

You need to install a water softener or purifier and possibly new water pipes to prevent your discolored hair forever, but here are some things you can try in the mean time to get your hair back to its original color. There are hard water shampoos available (basically, anything that says ‘clarifying’), but try using some of the stuff you have around the house first. Add some baking soda to your regular shampoo and wash your hair with that, rinsing with bottled water. Be sure to follow up with a conditioner cause the baking soda will really dry your hair out. Also, a vinegar rinse is good too. Just add a few tablespoons of vinegar to bottled water and let your hair soak in that for about 15 minutes and rinse with bottled water.

First, take out a law suit. Then the only way is to dye it. {with the money you get from the law suit :) } Then find out how to get rid of the iron in the water. Move somewhere else, buy a purifier, start a rant…

You need to get a water filter. After a few washes once you’ve installed the water filter, it should return to normal. Besides, it will be a lot healther for your skin to by one.
