when I squeeze my acnes, they get red and my face seems bad when they are like red points on my forehead. how can I make them go or make them invisible?
Unfortunately, the best thing to do is probably just to leave them alone rather than continue to aggrevate them. Applying rubbing alcohol may help to dry them out. Definitely don't pop them with your fingers - pimples should only be popped with a disinfected sewing needle to make a small prick in the skin and then slight pressure applied to drain the pimple. And make sure that you have thoroughly washed your hands before doing so!
A healthy diet is the best way to tackle your skin condition in the long term. A plant-based diet is best as you may be reacting to dairy products, etc.
Selen the thing is the Redness comes from the small capillaries filling up with blood, so anything against swelling would work instantly.... toothpaste won't do anything, neither will the lemon or random ointments... i have heard of oxygenated water working but that took around 2 months and the ones that were popped did not become better :s so your best bet is covering it with some powder if you can't find anything i suggested :)
acne comes on what u eat .... make sure ur food is balenced ,,, not too much sugar,,, protein or salt ... for i.e eat an apple then dont have coke cuz that would make ur sugarr go high stick 2 low calories and try dalacin*T tropical lotion >> clindamycin phosphate ..... i used this now all my acne is gone :D
Well you can use De-congestion eye drops (eye medication that removes the red in the eyes, from swelling or infection) to make the redness go away for a few hours if you do not scratch or pop the zits....
could powder work to make them invisible? I have only 2 days. I put lemon, oxygen water, toothpaste and ointment on my face at different times. is it a good thing or a bad thing?
Try toothpaste on your pimples because that definitely works, also try something called "black soap" it is all natural and infamous for getting rid of acne.
