Why was he trying to intimidate me?

Well i was looking at him and then he looked over and we looked eyes for like 4 seconds. He didnt look away until i did and i felt forced to aNd he did not smile. Was he trying to intimidate me? And if so why? Hes like 20 and im a little 15 yr old lol i was only looking at him cuz i thought he was cute.
