Answer #1

Do you nap throughout the day because of your lack of sleep during the night?

Answer #2

No i dont nap during the day. im 14 and tomorrows testing..

Answer #3

You shouldn’ t sleep too early every night, or you can’ t fall asleep. You can drink a glass of milk before you go to bed.

Answer #4

i wouldn’t go to bed that early but i have a bed time. thx for the tip though!

Answer #5

Try not to eat anything half an hour before bed. Exercise during the day, it can help you sleep better. Try breathing deeply from your diaphragm (the spot under the ribs) and try counting your breaths to take your mind off things. Make sure every muscle in your body is relaxed especially the muscles in your face… That always helps me fall asleep quickly.

Answer #6

Great advice from Kahili. I would also make sure that you spend very little time on your bed or in your bedroom. Try not to hang out in your room. Use it only for sleeping. Also have your parents purchase you some Melatonin and take it one hour before your bedtime.

Answer #7

Probably and start taking Melatonin its a natural sleep aid and will put you to sleep but wont keep you asleep like Benadril and wont make you groggy

Answer #8

There are many reason for insomnia , in my case it was B12 deficiency . Just for knowledge sack read about it .
