do you have darkness anywhere else? (under breasts, underarms?) are you overweight? do you have irregular periods?

it could be a sign of insulin resistance and PCOS if you have any of the other symptoms

Of course it could be a sign of lots of other things, I’m not a doctor, you may actually want to get it checked out… and find out from them
