DO NOT TAKE IT OUT! I would say go to the doctor, they will probably give you something for it. BUT the WORST thing to do with an infected piercing is take the jewelery out, you wouldnt want the hole to close with an infection inside. Best of luck!
The safest thing to do is get it immediately checked out by your doctor so it won’t be seriously damaged.
see a doctor and either take it out or put something in there thats made of either silver, gold or surgical steel
