In love!

What do you do when your pretty much in love with someone who hardly knows you? Aaah I mean for me it was like love at first sight, but he doesnt really know me. He was in my latin class for abput 4 times but I never had the gutts to go and talk to him, I have txted him twice and then saw him at a party, I get this feeling like its meant to be, and feel like im in love, but what do I know im only 15. Is there any way to get him to notice me? Or how do I get over him?
