IMVU signing up

Whenever I try to sign up for IMVU it says “IMVU was unable to process your request” Why does it say that and what does that mean??

oh. its probably an error with the site. check to see if the site is under maintenance before signing up. I don’t know if that would be it tho

probably because your too young. it only accepts applicants over 18.
