Being creative is always good and best solution often comes out of being creative. And yes, finding alternative, trying to find the initiavtive in difficult situation is needed. But being careful is not supposed to be forgotten either. :)

Sometimes there is no other choice & you have to make the first move…take the plunge & just go for it, what ever happens happens.

Every situation is difficult, it all depends on the circumstance meaning what exactly is going on in that situation. How difficult it may be or may not be…I am speaking in general because this question is pretty general… If you want better advice on your situation, you are going to have to be a bit more specific here otherwise you will be getting pretty general advice from all.

It’s important to be able to take the initiative, and it’s equally important to be able to wait patiently. How do you know when to do which? It’s always a judgment call. If you pay close attention to the outcomes of your choices, your judgment will improve with experience, and grow into wisdom.
