Have you consulted with the doctor,if not then consult with some lady gynecologist she would be the best advise !!

You may get pregnant by having sex in any position their is no hard & fast rule in terms of getting pregnant. But in my opinion the best position would be the missionary position I.e. lady on her back and with legs on the shoulder of a man in this way the sperms may go far inside then in any other position,besides do not immediately get up after having sex stay their for some time say around 10-15 minutes.
