im with a new guy but I keep thinking about my ex

Moving on from past relationships can be hard but remember if you decided to end it, it was for a good reason. Nobody just walks away without a reason and whatever that reason was it hasn’t necessarily changed and you would have to work out the problems you once had together. When you start a new relationship, it’s normal to think of past relationships and even wonder about the people you were with. After all you shared an important part of your life with them BUT this does not mean you should throw away what you have now found: another love. My advice to you is to concentrate on your new love life and let your ex go his own way. He obviously interested anymore since he has a new girlfriend and would have said something in the past to get you back. The good news is you have someone next to you who is really interested and really willing to love you. So don’t run off after your ex without taking that into account. Be patient with your new guy and give it a good try before calling it quits. You said you don’t want to hurt him which means he means a lot to you, which also means he deserves your undivided attention and hopefully heart too.
