3 keys to fast weight loss are, calorie cycling, weight training, HIITs.

I think we all know what weight training is so I wont get into a lot of detail. Women usually are afraid they will bulk up like guys, but that wont happen so don’t be scared to lift weights.

Calorie cycling involves eating around 300-500 calories less than your maintain calories for about 3 days then eating your maintain on the 4th day. It allows you to have a lower calorie diet without your metabolism adjusting to less calories

HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training. Studies have shown it burns about 9 times more fat than steady cardio workouts, it takes less time, it has been shown to up a persons metabolism for a 24hr period.

 You can google HIIT to read more about them, but they are basically doing cardio, such as running, as hard as you can for 30-90 seconds then at a very low intensity, such as walking, for 60-90 seconds.  Do this then repeat.  It will be hard at first so take it easy.  start with 3-4 times and every 4th day you do it add one more interval.

first, ask your doctor or research your weight/height comparison, if you are, swimming is an incredibly fast way to shed pounds, also only eating what your body needs to stay hungry is important

wait..can you explain sumthing… I noticed your pictures SAId they were ripped off from another website. not only that but the pictures said they were taken in 2006… so if you are wut 14? and they were taken in 2006 that would make you…12 in those? first off… you are not fat…!!!

if you feel you need to loose a few pounds and rather quickly heres a method that most models and stars use…

try basic diet of eating several times a day… this will help increase your metabolisms. eat 6 or 7 times a day… but something small like a bag of fruit snacks or so carrots or grapes… this will100% make you loose weight… if you feel your self getting hungry a lot faster then it is working… try eating something small every two hours for a few weeks… you should loose 10 lbs…

DO NOT!!! -throw up after you eat. -starve yourself -pig out on only candy and sweets -call yourself fat again…
