Well I am not a woman but from what I have seen and read most women don't have that hard of an orgasm ever time they have sex. It sounds like your guy has the wrong impression of what you want out of your relationship. Orgasm does not always equal cum and no orgasm does not always equal bad sex. Sounds like he just needs to trust that you are being honest with him and that if you want more or something different you will be open with him.
