Im obese

I really want to lose weight. Im only young but being fat has always been a problem for me. I yoyo diet, I go from eating not a lot to eating too much I do the wii fit and its good exercise for me because I can do it in my own home. But how do I stop myself eating crap and how long will it take for me too see results? Please help :/

You don’t have to stop eating to lose weight. all you have to do is eat healthy and not eat grassy or junk food. yes you need to eat veggies and all that stuff, and keep exercising and eventually the results will come but no one can really say when. just try your best to keep your diet, eat healthy and drink lots of water.

remove all the junk food from your house now, that relieves the temptation eat right, exercise frequently, DONT STARVE YOURSELF do these things and the pounds will start shedding in no time

thanks. anyone any tips to stop feeling hungry? im a picky eater.

I weigh like 12 stone. I know thats a huge amount but I dont actually look 12 stone, I know I dont look skinny but I dont look as much as I weigh:/ but im a picky eater. anyone help?

well exercise and eat healthy that worked for me a bit cuss I lost 10lbs in about a month but I want to lose more cuss im to overweight too I weight 120bs and my height is 4’11 and yeah…u should run, jogg, play any sports, jump rope and anything thats CARDIO ok and you should do crunches, sit-ups, leg lifts and stuff like that do not eat junk food ok..dont drink soda only water vegetables fruits and healthy foods ok like fish chicken and dont frie it

either bake, grill, or BBQ it but yeah no frying

the less you eat the more your metabolism slows down but your goal is to rise your metabolism because processes your food faster so less calories go in your system

ok no offense but thats not a work out ya it may get you tired but its nothing close to what you actually need being active like doing sports, like swimming, etc are work outs

eat your regular 3 meals a day with no junk food, and soft drinks, desserts ya maybe you can have a lil treat but dont go over board eat veggies, meat, pasta

youve probably heard this a lot but mucsle wiegh more then fat and also being a girl you have boobs and a butt and both of those are plain fat

im a picky eater to I just find the foods I like and eat them but I make sure its not to unhealthy

I can realate kinda I look at my weight a lot trying to bring it down I eat a healthy diet and drink water and exercise I feel like its going good

but ya good luck,! hopefully you can do it a good healthy way instead of belimic and anerexic (trust me not the way to go)
