Im in desperate need of help

im 13 and I like this 17 y/o guy. hes really cute and only a little taller than me because he half cripple. he can walk but its hard for him. anyways, people keep saying that all 17 y/olds look for is sex. is this true? and another thing… I need advice on asking him out!

Yes at that age sex is on every guys mind, yes you are too young, yes I think you should wait. If you do anything with him you take a risk of giving him a sex offender record which never goes away and will publicly humiliate him for the rest of his life.
