Im a kid but I want to lose weight, whats the best way?

well plain and simple. Don’t eat junk. Eat fruits and veggies, try experiencing raw nuts, eat wheat, stay away from canned and frozen food if you can. Work out at least 30 minutes a day and you should be losing weight :]

Well… I agree, go see a doctor… plan to do some more exercise during the day and cut out the junk food.

I think you will find that if you cut out all sweet, chocolate etc. and do a good amount of exercise daily, make sure you have your 5 portions of fruit and veg daily… you will be amazed at the difference =]
