Can he go to jail for getting me pregnant?

state laws vary, but ya, he can get in some serious trouble, he’s a sex offender. the law doesn’t mess around with that stuff anymore. Because its wrong for an 18 yr old to do that with a 15 yr old. its against the law because its sick, and a jury would feel the same way

It’s not only your parents that can press charges, anyone can! Same in my situation - my boyfriend was 20 & I was 16 when I got pregnant & my mom pressed charges. Though lucky for you in your case, you’re 15 .. once you are 15 & up if an overage person has sex with you then it’s considered “consential” sex & he will only get a misdemenor if charges are pressed. So he’d spend only some time in jail & get a fine of about $5000. But you either way, even if you wern’t pregnant & someone knew about you having sex with him charges could be pressed.

Your a minor still, I think he could get in trouble if like you or your parents charged him. He obviously isn’t very mature if hes having unprotected sex with 15-year-old girls, thats for sure.

THE ONLY WAY HE WILL GET IN TROUBLE IS IF SOME ONE TELLS THE COPS!
