I think it wud b ok with the right herbs and the right amount of them, u wudnt want a real overpowering taste of the herbs

During the garlic festival in Sudbury, there were all sorts of things made with garlic - including ice cream. (I’m aware garlic is not an herb - I’m just stating an example) Savoury ice creams are not a new concept … people have been doing them for years. You just have to make sure you get the right blend of herbs :)

Depends on what herbs you use.

With peppermint? Definitely cool. Yes. With origan, basilic or similar? Weird. With sage? Interesting experiment. With woodruff? Yummy. Yes. With lovage? Or cresses? Absurd. With vermouth? Disgusting. With chives and parsley? Go. Away. With valerian blossoms? Hmmmmm. Fine. Yes. With chamomile? I can’t imagine… would have to try…
