How can I get a lip ring if my parents say no?

I really wona get a lip piercing but am only 14 so I would have to get parental consent. And my paents would never let me. My dad says he couldnt look at me with my lip pierced. what should I do¿

I was 14 when I got my first lip piercing im not much older now lol im 15. I asked my mom if I could get my lip pierced she had told me no. so I started crying and I told this, “well what if it is a little hoop or stud or something not one of those big ones?” she said she would think about it and it worked out for me im getting my second one done here soon [= lol well good luck to you if you need more advice contact me through my aim sn…its jessbxxx@aol.com

There isn’t much you can do… Maybe compromise another piercing with them such as a nose stud perhaps?

I vote for the right thing - obey/respect your parents.

well if your father makes such a point compromise with him say you’ll do a bar so only a ball is showing. if you want to do it behind there back, i mean i understand where your coming from i was 15 when i got mine snakebites (both sides of one lip) done, you use a safty pin and use a lighter to sterolize it by heat of if you dip the neadle in rubbing alcohol it will prevent infections, and u can se spacers to keep it open, if u need some more advise mi contact info is on mi page, hope it helps sidly
