How can I lose weight and continue my lifestyle?

I want to loose weight and I mean this is such a typical question… But I need to know besides running and cutting out sugar or anything is there any OTHER way to loose weight by just continuing on the way I live>? Without having to make sacrifice?

no shortcuts. other than lipo. starving, by the way makes your body save the fat on your body so just eat well and choose good food not just tasty food. Your metabolism is what determines your fat burning so try to stay active.

You can eat raw fruits and vegetables and your fat will just slide off. You don’t have to starve yourself either. Actually you won’t eat near as much food when you start eating this way. When you eat fruit you have all the sugar your body needs. Add walking to this lifestyle and you will definately notice a change in how you look! Wouldn’t you sacrifice to be healthy while you are losing weight?

You can just replace all the sugary stuff with fruit. Try the sweet stuff to make you happy- strawberries, grapes…

diet and excersize please dont become aneroxic or bulimic those ruin your matobolism just diet and excersize that ill work
