How to be skinny?

I have tried to throw up so many times and it never works I am very unhappy with myself

I need advice on how to be skinny

you dont need to be “skinny” to be happy. but if you do want to be “skinny” , then try going on a diet. & excersizing always helps. im not skinny & im happy as a person can possibly be, being a little heavier than normal is fine. just dont let it get too far. my mother was overweight & she went to WeightWatchers. they really help. try it out ;)

You DONT need to be skinny. You need to be happy.

Being thin wont make you happier, it’ll make you grumpy from being deprived of food, and when you DO eat, you’ll feel bad you ate.

Just be happy that you’re not in africa, starving, being without food for 3 days, not by choice but because they CANT HAVE ANY!

So eat what you can, enjoy life and be happy that you’re not dead.

dont throw up. its dangerous. just exercise at least 1 hour a day. drink a lot of water and watch your calorie intake. other than that, just dont think about your weight constantly. and find fun ways to exercise, like dancing with your friends, playing a sport, but I like dance dance revolution it burns calories really fast, and it soo much fun to do with friends

DO NOT FORCE YOURSELF TO THROW UP. I hope you know that leads to a deadly disease called bulimia. You can DIE from it. In fact most people that get it, do die, so dont do it. If you want to lose weight without eating a whole bunch of diet foods, just eat smaller portions of normal food. Note: I said smaller portions. Portion is a key ingredient to losing weight. Or if you like fruit and veggies, then eat those and just excercise no matter what.

Well don’t throw up to make you thin. Do you know how unhealthy and disgusting that is?

Just eat healthy and exercise.
