The only way you could get garding ship over him is if there is some kind of niglect or abus in the house hold and you would have to have proof well thats how it is in Indiana and ya who are you trying to get him from most chiold servis wont take a chiold out of the pairnts home… o Plus you have to be etles 25 years of age and can prove you have a good job and the abiliy to care for him theres a lot more to it but thats some you can fun mail me for more info.

You don’t say whether he’s in the custody of your parents… a court appointed temporary guardian… a foster family… adoptive parents… is emancipated… Elaborate a little please.
