How do I build up my self-a-steem?

OMG.. okay here we go again. lol!!!m:) get a make over. if you have the $ use it wisely. get some really good foundaton that matches your skintone. I use mac but its exspensive. I just started wearing eyeliner and eye shadow. I luv it bc it really brngs out the color of my eyes. if you need more help wth this go to www.wikihow.com and type in how to wear make up. this shud help a ton also I was reading some of your recent questions and you said that you hat your body. I don’t know y… but I cant judge. we are girls and when we c fat we want to fix it… FAST but if your gunna loose wait 4 wateva your reason is do it slowley. start off by walking at leat a mile a day. trust me it aint that hard eat helthy and cut out all the junk food and sub it with fruits and veggies. nstead of eatng cookies or chips sub that wth snacks like cereal or trail mix. always drnk water. raw celery and low fat ranch or peanut butter is a good snack. celery helps burn calories and is mainley water. if you really want to loose the weight ull do it! got to the store the next time you go shoppng and buy a lot of helathy foods and nothng temping. however dont COMPLETLY cut thngs out ya diet. (not sayng that you need to loose a pound but know is the time to do it, during the summer so you can go bac to school and have all eyes on u) lol!!! :)
