I want a big butt

Is there any way or secrets to having a nice butt that pops out in jeans?

I know how to get a big butt, sit as much as you can and eat more carbs, they go to the butt

It depends. Generally people who are skinny/ overweight have trouble in shaping their ‘butt’ (lol) in quick-time. There are various exercises that you can do to help shape your buttocks. Most girls tend to want to go for low-intensity exercises and so to follow the stereotype I’ll give you a correlating piece of advice, haha…

Walking, cycling, running, squats, etc, are some of the many things you can do to shape your buttocks. I would recommend you do some cycling (even if it’s only an exercise bike) and do any exercises you can think of that make you feel a burn in your upper thigh/ buttocks area. Such exercises can be things like (as I aforementioned); squats (more effective if you hold some light weights while you do them), hip extensions, walking, cycling, etc. Search up ‘butt-shaping exercises’ on Google or something and many methods will come up!
