I think im pregnant

I think im pregnant… im 15 and I had unprotected sex … if I wanted to have an abortion would my parents have to know and if I wanted to get a pregnancy test would I be questioned ?

Answer #1

You really should tell your parents and the father. Although if you really can not find it in you then yes- you can buy pregnancy tests and not be questioned and yes you do not need to get parental consent to get an abortion( if you live in England) if you live in some other place then the laws may be different.

Answer #2

SHE SHOULD START BY GETING A TEST BUT JUST TO LET YOU KNOW SOMETIMES THEY GIVE YOU FALSE READINGS. THE BEST THING TO DO IS GO TO THE DOCTOR. THE NEXT THING IS YOUR PARENTS DONT HAVE TO KNOW BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE SOMEONE WITH YOU OVER THE AGE OF 21. THEY DO CHECK I D.

Answer #3

No to the pregnancy test (just go to any pharmacy and pick one up), call up planned parenthood and ask them about the abortion question (unless I know where you live I cant look up the law).

Answer #6

It’s up to you about whether you want to tell your parents or not.

Like ty said - the best place to call would be planned parenthood. They can answer any questions you have - without your parents and give you a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant - depending on where you live - you may not need your parents to get an abortion - although planned parenthood can explain this all to you a lot better.

Answer #7

Pregnancy test are almost always accurate - if you follow the directions and do them properly and at the right time.
