I think I have a yeast infection. HELP!!

For AT HOME residies, dont get freaked out…lol.. you can get a small or big container ir PLAIN yogurt, let it sit for a little bit out of the fridge so its not freezing cold but its not room temp, grab a tampon dip and cover it with the yogurt and then insert it into your vagina, and leave it for a couple hours and then do it again. I know a lot of people think that is weird, but lets all face it going out and buying a 20$ pscksge to get rid of a yeast infection when you can spend 2 dollars and do it the natural healthy way.
