I still love my ex? and im really confused

Ok so I was going out with this girl for only a week but weve been friends for 9 months and she said that shes liked and wanted to go out with me ever since, everything seemed great, than all of a sudden one day she was acting really really wierd. I told her I’d always be there for her and if she needs to talk im here. I left it at that and went on and we talked about other things. But there was just something up. The next day in school she was being wierd avoiding eye contact all kinds of things. Later that night she texted me and said I need to come over ill tell you whats been bugging me. I said ok I care about you and ill try and help anyway I can. She says right than and there I just wanna be friends… and I immediately said ya thats fine and I said hey I really like you and I would hope you would at least give it some time for a relationship to develop. She just said no and I continued saying ok but if its not a problem can I ask why. She told me she got a phone call with her ex and things just didnt feel right with me after that. She also had been cheated on by this guy and shes never taken relationships the same since. I told her that I want to be friends and asked if we were still going to the movies as friends like we normally do. She said no I have soccer bonding “which I already know is a lie” but I said ok well im gunna make plans than. Now for the past few days she wont even talk to me but I still care about her immensely. I just dont know what to do its been eating me up inside… anyone care to give me some advice?
