I smell like an old person and I am 22
Ok, so, I am renting a room from someone and her house smells. She is an elderly lady and very nice, but smells like an elderly lady. Now I smell like the house and all my clothes smell like her house and everything I own smells like the house I am living in!!! I am a little upset about this and my boyfriend is very upset that I used to smell good and now I smell like I am 90! What do I do? My clothes are in the dressers that she provided how can I get the smell out without hurting the dressers? I have had a glade candle burning for days and still as soon as I leae my room I gain 70 years. What do I do??
put a fabric softner in the drawers of your dresser.
Baking soda my friends, baking soda. Make little satchels of them and place them in your drawers. Dissolve baking soda in the final rinse instead of fabric softener.
did you ever get an answer to this question? I am living in the place my grandparents used to live and have the same problem! it hits me when I walk in the front door. I’ve had carpets cleaned and everything repainted but still having an issue.
Do you think baking soda will help?
I honestly don’t know how an “old person” smells… lol But… You could try Febreze or Odoban.
spray a can of air freshioner around in your dresser and on each and every piece of clothing then wash and dry them
The problem is I also don’t want to smell like airfreshener. I don’t want to have any smell at all.
